You Can Now Log Into Same WhatsApp Account On Multiple Phones – Zuckerberg
According to Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta Platforms, WhatsApp users can now access each of their individual accounts from as many as four different phones.
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are all owned by Meta.
According to a Facebook post by Mark Zuckerberg, “Starting today, you can log into the same WhatsApp account on up to four phones.”
WhatsApp was purchased by Facebook and has gained more than two billion users worldwide since its introduction as a smartphone texting applications in 2009.
The platform unveiled a feature in 2021 that would enable the usage of the service on numerous “non-phone” devices, such as PCs, without requiring a connection to the smartphone app.
Additionally, it gave guarantees that the new approach will not affect WhatsApp’s security procedures.
Each companion device will separately connect to your WhatsApp while retaining the same degree of protection and privacy that WhatsApp users have come to expect thanks to end-to-end encryption.
