The Nollywood actress was wed to Mr. Akinrimisi, her estranged spouse.
She admitted that because she didn’t like being so far away from her spouse, who was based in the United States, she decided to get a divorce.
“He [my ex-husband] was a fantastic father to his children, Shaffy Bello remarked. But I reached a point where I desired more. And I was constantly going back and forth. But I eventually realized that if I wanted this really bad, I would have to make a sacrifice.
“It wasn’t a marriage sacrifice, but his presence in the United States and the distance didn’t help.”
