UK PM Discuss Looking Forward To Liaise With Nigerian Elected President Tinubu

Bola Tinubu, the president-elect of Nigeria, received congratulations from Rishi Sunak, the prime minister of the United Kingdom, for winning the election.
On Wednesday morning, Tinubu was named the victor of the presidential election that took place on Saturday. Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party came in second with 6,984,520 votes, but he won with 8,794,726 votes.
Peter Obi of the Labour Party received 6,101,533 votes to place third, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party received 1,496,687 votes to place fourth.
On Wednesday, Tinubu and vice president-elect Kashim Shettima received certificates of return.
The UK Prime Minister congratulated @officialABAT on his victory in Nigeria in a tweet on Wednesday night.
