The upcoming “Hunger Games” prequel featured Viola Davis as Villain

The one thing we do know about Viola Davis is that she will ACT when she receives a new part. We’re very confident that her newest endeavor, the new “Hunger Games” prequel “The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,” won’t be any different.
The Hollywood Reporter claims that Viola Davis has been hired to play Dr. Volumnia Gaul in the next film. The lead game designer for the tenth annual Hunger Games will be played by her character.
Viola Davis acknowledged her new role in a social media post.
Dr. Gaul is as ruthless as she is imaginative, scary as she is formidable, and Francis Lawrence, who has directed three of the four previous “Hunger Game” movies, will return to direct and produce. She is the most powerful character in the games, and his interactions with her play a significant role in the development of Snow’s political acumen.
He proceeded:
“From the beginning, Viola has been our dream for Dr. Gaul because of the finely layered intelligence and emotion she brings to every role. A brilliant and eccentric strategist, Gaul is instrumental in shaping a young Coriolanus Snow into the man he will become. We are incredibly fortunate to have an actor with Viola’s extraordinary range and presence to play this pivotal role.”
Fans can watch Viola Davis next month in the historical drama “The Woman King,” which is about the Agojie, an all-female military corps that defended the African kingdom of Dahomey during the 19th century, while they wait to see her channel her inner villain.
