Rema “Calm Down” Rmx featuring Selena Gomez Make Billboard Hot 100

Rema’s “Calm Down” remix has gotten off to a good start by entering the Billboard Top 100 alongside songs like Burna Boy’s “Last Last” and Tems “Free Mind.”
The song, which debuted at number 91, featured Selena Gomez, an American actress and singer, in a calming duet.
As the second single from his debut solo album “Rave & Roses,” the 22-year-original old’s song was released on February 11. It charted across Europe and peaked at the top of the Belgian Ultratop 50, Dutch Top 40, and Dutch Single Top 100.
Over 16 million people have watched the video since it debuted on YouTube on September 7. On September 8, it topped the Billboard US Afrobeats Songs list. In the video, a Nigerian and an American couple were shown dancing and pacing through a vibrant home while exchanging lyrics.
Gomez danced and looked directly into the camera as she sang her words with assurance. She has a sizable following on popular social media sites, thus her inclusion in the song undoubtedly increased American streams.
With his song “Iron Man,” Rema, who is signed to Mavin Records’ subsidiary Jonzing World, became well-known in 2019.
Additionally, he has worked with overseas musicians including 6lack and Tion Wayne.
