Olamide Adedeji, a legendary rapper, recently disclosed that he was on the verge of signing popular vocalist Omah Lay to his record company.
In a recent online interview on the Afrobeats Podcast with media personality Adesope Olajide, the YBNL boss made this revelation.
According to Baddo, he received Omah Lay’s EP, Bad Influence, from someone. After listening to it, he was greatly moved by the song and looked up Omah Lay on Instagram in order to buzz him.
Omah Lay informed Olamide that he already had a deal in place with another music company when the latter eventually contacted him with a record deal.
