Nollywood Star Saint Obi Kick Bucket

Obinna Nwafor, often known as Saint Obi, was a well-known Nollywood actor and film director who passed away after a fight with an undisclosed disease.
The actor’s passing was believed to have occurred about a week ago at his sister’s residence in Jos, the capital of Plateau state. Saint Obi‘s colleagues in the film industry verified the news to DiasporaInfo.
‘Candle Light’ and ‘Goodbye Tomorrow’ star Nwafor passed away last week Sunday, according to sources, and his body was thereafter placed in the mortuary at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH).
His age was 57.
Before he passed away on Sunday, Mr. Nwafor had reportedly been hospitalized for months receiving treatment for an undisclosed disease.
Saint Obi, an actor, entered the industry in 1996 after appearing in a Peugeot ad on NTA. Since then, he has been in more than 100 films, including “Sakobi,” “Festival of Fire,” “State of Emergency,” and other well-known productions.
