Mr. Ibu’s Daughter, Jasmine Ends Her TikTok Man 9 Months Marriage
Jasmine Okafor, a content creator and the famed comedy actor John Ikechukwu Okafor, often known as Mr. Ibu, has declared her separation from her spouse, who is based in the UK.
Jasmine explained that her husband had misled to her about his previous marriage and children in the announcement she made on her Instagram page Sunday night.
“This was the best 9 months of my life! I have no regrets whatsoever! I just won’t settle for a lie regardless! I forgive easily, I remember asking you about this severally before we started! Finding out today from your mum, really broke me!” she wrote.
“A foundation built upon a tiny lie won’t stand! I love how you loved me! But hate how you never mentioned your divorce nor kids to me! Moving on I don’t think I want anybody else! Just gonna love you from a distance!”
This occurs just one week after Jasmine described how her relationship with her TikTok boyfriend started in a video that was posted on social media.
After speaking with her on TikTok for two months, the man apparently went from the US to the Gambia to see her. Four days after their in-person encounter, he reportedly proposed.
The businessman promised that they will get married 24 days after he proposed.
Jasmine added, “We’re expecting our twin girls,” after announcing that she was also expecting.
Jasmine, however, stated in the update on her Instagram page that she is divorcing her husband because she cannot stomach a “little lie.”
The fashionista claimed that MD failed to disclose to her that he has three adult daughters and has previously been divorced.
