Monica, a young and smart Ghanian woman, recently graduated with honors as a Marine Engineer with first-class honors.

Monica Nancy Candny received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering from the Regional Maritime University in Ghana, West Africa. She mentioned on her Linkedin profile that she received a first-class degree and graduated with honors.

“I am grateful to God for today’s graduation with first-class honors in BSc Marine Engineering. “Where would I be if it weren’t for God?” she wondered.

Monica earned an Associate Degree in Marine/Electrical Engineering at the Liberia Maritime Training Institute (LMTI) before continuing on to her Bachelor’s Degree.

She published stunning images of their 2022 graduation event, where she and her colleagues wore the Marine uniform, to commemorate her achievement.

The Liberia Maritime Authority, Liberia’s international ship and corporate registries, and the Liberia Maritime Training Institute were all thanked by Monica.

She also expressed gratitude to her family for their support and efforts to her accomplishment. “To my family, mentors, Linkedin friends, and everyone else who helped me succeed.” “Thank you for molding me into the person I am today,” she wrote.

“Success isn’t final; failure isn’t fatal; what matters is the guts to keep going.” “Your work will occupy a significant portion of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to produce work that you believe is excellent,” she encouraged incoming graduates.
