Mc Oluomo, NURTW, and others are barred from collecting union dues by the court.

A former chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Lagos branch, Alhaji Musilu Akinsanya, a.k.a. MC Oluomo, and seven others have been barred from collecting union dues and levies from non-union commercial drivers in all motor parks in Lagos State by the Federal High Court, Lagos Division.
The Registered Trustees of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), the Registered Trustees of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), and the Registered Trustees of the Nigerian Association of Road Transport Owners are the other seven trustees (NARTO).
In a complaint filed by a lawyer, Mr. Olukoya Ogungbeje, who sued himself and a new transport union, Transport Union Society of Nigeria, Justice Peter Lifu granted an ex parte application (TUSON).
