Director and producer Kemi Adetiba‘s critically praised film “King of Boys,” often known as KOB, may be getting a third installment.
KOB 3 will be a “wild ride,” according to a post Wednesday by Adetiba on her Instagram account.
“I just need y’all to know…
“I just need y’all to know…That KOB 3 is gonna be a WIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLDDDDDDDD RIIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!!”
Eniola Salami (Sola Sobowale), who plays the lead role in King Of Boys 1&2, Seun Kuti, and the director were all pictured together. As a result, fans are gushing in the comments section that the future film will be a “banger.”
KOB 1 debuted on huge screens in 2018, and its follow-up, KOB 2, titled “The Return of The King,” was released in 2021. Since then, both domestically and internationally, it has enjoyed tremendous success.
Kemi Adetiba wrote, produced, and directed the Netflix original.
While some viewers are excited for the new film, others argue that it is sufficient because the King (Eniola Salami) has already won her war.
