Insolvent Amber Heard says she can’t afford to pay Johnny Depp
Following the trial against her ex-husband Johnny Deep, Amber Heard‘s financial situation is not good at all. However, the actress shocked everyone by declaring bankruptcy after discovering she was unable to pay the Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s court fine.
Throughout the several weeks of the proceedings, social media was swamped with recordings, commentary, and even live streams of the testimony provided by both performers.
The judge convicted that Heard was in charge of Johnny Depp‘s $10 million in damages after the trial was over. Depp would also have to make a $2 million damage payment.
After the judge made their ruling, the Aquaman actress’ legal team told the court that she would not be able to pay back the obligation.
Amber Heard who is currently engaged in a legal struggle to seek ways to avoid paying the $10 million. According to reports, she appeal the jury’s decision to get the judgment lowered.
