Hugh Jackman ‘Wolverine’ Eloborate Cancer Scare

Hugh Jackman

Hugh Jackman, a Hollywood actor ‘Wolverine’, has spoken out about a new cancer scare that has necessitated two biopsies.

The ‘Wolverine’ star, 54, revealed this in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

He stated that the two current biopsies were performed to check for basal cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer caused by excessive sun exposure or use of sunbeds.

In a clip he uploaded on his page while wearing a nose bandage, Jackman stated that his doctor noticed small bumps on his body that could or weren’t basal cell carcinomas. He also advised his followers to always avoid the sun.

“I just wanted you to know in case somebody somewhere sees me on the street or something, I’ve just had two biopsies.”

“I just went to my physician, who is fantastic, and she noticed some small things that could or could not be basal cells; I’ll find out and in two or three days.” To refresh your memory, basal cells are the least dangerous type of skin cancer.

“However, if I may use the chance to remind you that summer is approaching, please wear sunscreen; it is simply not worth it.” Regardless of how badly you want a tan.

“This is all stuff that occurred 25 years ago, and it’s finally coming out,” he explained.

The Australian-born actor is best known for his role as Wolverine in the X-Men franchise.

He has also received numerous awards, including a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor for his performance in ‘Les Miserables’ and a Grammy Award for Best Compilation Soundtrack for his performance in the award-winning film ‘The Greatest Showman.’
