Costa Titch Collapse On Stage During Live Performance
Costa Tsobanoglou, often known as Costa Titch, was a well-known South African singer and dancer who passed away after passing out on stage during a performance at a music festival.
The singer apparently had a seizure while performing at the Ultra Music Festival on Saturday in Johannesburg. He is well recognized for his danceable buzzing Amapiano trademark.
He had just turned 27.
At the time this news was filed, the singer’s family had not released an official statement, but condolences were being shared widely on social media, including by popular Nigerian DJ Imohiosen Patrick, also known as DJ Neptune.
Costa Titch will be known for his timeless hits including “Big Flexa” with C’Buda M, “Maitama” with Temi and Mayorkun from Nigeria, “Ijo (Laba Laba)” remix with Mavin Records signee Crayon, and “Superstar” with Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz.
