Robert Lewandowski scored twice in the first half to help FC Barcelona angered Espanyol 4-2 and win their 27th LaLiga championship on Sunday.
Barca increased their lead over Real Madrid to an untouchable 14 points after 34 games, moving to 85 points overall.
Lewandowski’s close-range goal gave them the lead early on against lowly Espanyol, who are trying to stay in the league and are second from the bottom.
In the 20th minute, Alejandro Balde scored Barca’s second goal with a tap-in from a Pedri cross after setting it up for Lewandowski’s first goal.
Five minutes before halftime, Lewandowski increased Barca’s lead with another close-range goal after a cross from Raphinha.
Although Espanyol’s Javi Puado and Joselu netted recovery goals for Barca, defender Jules Kounde headed in the fourth goal for Barcelona in the 53rd minute.
