Azman Air Deny Jamil, Dangote’s Son-in-Law, reveal he is no longer there Pilot since 2 years
After Jamil Abubakar, a member of the Dangote family, condoned the execution of Deborah Samuel by islamic extremists, Azman Airlines has distanced themselves from him.
Nigerians who mistook Mr Jamil Abubakar for an Azman Air employee began a diatribe against the company for hiring a religious bigot.
Azman Air issued a statement separating the airline from Mr Abubakar, informing Nigerians that the pilot had left the company in 2019.
“PUBLIC NOTICE: Capt Jamil Abubakar is no longer a pilot @AzmanAir; his last flight with us was 22nd Dec 2019,” Azman Air said in a rebuttal tweet. “We refuse to take responsibility for a comment or view of a former staff. The general public should kindly take note.”
Ms Samuel, a 200-level Home-Economics student charged of blasphemy, had expressed her displeasure with the flood of religious broadcast messages sent on her department’s WhatsApp page.
Her complaints infuriated zealous schoolmates and classmates, who stoned her to death and set her lifeless body on fire.
