As Army Helicopter Crashes in India, 1 Pilot Perishes

According to reports in the media on Wednesday, an Indian Army Cheetah helicopter crashed in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, killing one pilot and injuring another.
At around 4:30 GMT, a helicopter carrying two pilots crashed close to the town of Tawanga, according to reports from army officials cited by the Indian news agency ANI.
The pilots were taken to a military hospital, it was added.
One of the pilots who sustained serious injuries passed away while receiving care, according to disclosed reports.
