Alicia Keys Invites 16-Year-Old Shooting Victim Ralph Yarl To Kansas Concert

According to TMZ, Ralph Yarl received a special invitation from Alicia Keys to attend an upcoming event.
According to Lee Merritt, an attorney for Yarl’s family, the musician has requested Ralph to attend the performance in Kansas and meet her at a concert planned for this July.
Ralph Yarl was fatally shot on April 13 by 84-year-old Andrew Lester after the 16-year-old mistakenly rang the incorrect doorbell.
Ralph and his family have apparently been contacted by Roc Nation, just like Alicia. They apparently stated that they will assist Ralph in every way possible when he recovers.
Ralph’s family has already established a trust fund for him as a result of the outpouring of support; the teen’s GoFundMe has now reached an incredible $3.4 million.

Ahmaud Arbery’s mother offers Ralph’s mom tearful support; shooter charged
According to TMZ, Wanda Cooper-Jones sobbed alongside Ralph’s mother, Cleo. Ahmaud Arbery, a 25-year-old Black man, was killed in an act of racially motivated violence while running in Glynn County, Georgia, in February 2020. Wanda is Ahmaud’s mother.
According to reports, Cooper-Jones advised Cleo to rely on prayer right now and informed her that the victims, much like their two kids, had the power. After shooting the teen twice, Lester has since been charged with assault. On April 19, Lester entered a not-guilty plea.
Ben Crump, a civil rights lawyer, continued by telling TMZ that he doesn’t think the charges are appropriate for the incident. Lester was accused by authorities of first-degree assault and armed criminal conduct.
