Desmond Elliot, a Nigerian actor who is now a politician, has won the APC primary poll for Surulere Constituency in Lagos, which was held on Friday.
For the third time, he will run for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly, and he will be victorious.
Elliot, who garnered 30 votes as the sole competitor for the ticket, broke out into a joyous dance when the verdict was announced.
