1st Batch Nigerian Evacuating Sudan Arrive Abuja
Nigerians returning from Sudan have begun checking in at Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja.
After a harrowing voyage across the border, the 376 returnees took off from Aswan, Egypt, and were flown by the Nigerian Air Force on the NAF C-130H aircraft and Air Peace on Wednesday at around 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
Rather than arriving at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport at the scheduled time of 11:23, they arrived at the Federal Capital Territory at 11:35.
